Jim Foliart passes

Jim Foliart, W5NWS, Passed away on October 12. Probably not too many amateurs knew Jim and his wife, Saundra, KD5EHO. Jim and Saundra were responsible for getting the tower site for the new two meter repeater. Both Jim and Saundra were club members. He and Saundra lived in Richland Hills near Ft. Worth.
